Pamela specializes in impressionistic paintings of figures, still life, and landscapes. She also uses her traditional drawing and painting skills to fulfill various types of illustration assignments. Pamela studied with Vernon Wilson, Professor of Painting and Drawing at The Art Center School of Design, Hollywood, California, and with Glen Orbik and Fred Fixler at the California Art Institiute in Calabasas, California, She also studied at Palomar College, and UCLA Extension. She has an Associate of Arts Degree from L.A. Valley College, and a Professional Certificate in Digital Publication Design from University of California, San Diego, Extension. She has been an art instructor for the San Diego School District in North San Diego County, California, for the past 7 years. She also teaches painting and drawing classes at her studio in Carlsbad, California.
